The Kessela Elite Core-Contouring Advanced PBM & EMS Belt is a registered FDA Class II Medical, 510(k) exempt device, and is ineligible for any returns under any circumstances, regardless of usage after our 14-day money-back guarantee period. Once the 14-day period expires, ALL sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

We now offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Try it for 2 weeks along with a health diet and exercise routine. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your product, you may request a refund, credit or exchange from within 14 days of your purchase date. Please follow the steps below to request a refund/return. You must complete these steps in order for a refund or credit to be processed.

- On the form, you will be asked to supply a video and photos of the product describing and supporting why you want to return your belt.
- After you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation and instructions to return your product.

- A 10% re-stocking fee will also be applied.
- Once your product is received and approved, you will be sent another confirmation of delivery, and a representative will contact you to make arrangements for your refund or credit.
- You must submit a refund request form and product received with a delivery confirmation in order for your refund or credit to be processed.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your account once your return has been approved.

We do offer a 1-year warranty. We will only replace items if they are manufacturer-defective, damaged or not working properly. To make a replacement request you must file a warranty claim using our form here.

Cancelled Orders:
You may cancel your order and get a refund or credit only prior to your product shipment.
There are only these instances where a refund/credit may be granted:
- Transactional mistake or double submission error
- Technical/Website error
- Fraud
- No fault incidents
To report an issue with your order and make a cancellation request the following steps are required:
- Send a written request by filling out our Cancellation Request Form.
- You will receive a confirmation your request was received and is being processed.
- One of our agents will contact you to make further arrangements regarding your request.
- A 10% restocking fee applies if the order is canceled after shipping.
- Please allow 5-7 business banking days for any credit to appear.
